Frank is an experienced litigator based in Peckar & Abramson’s Houston office. He represents owners, contractors, and sureties in cases involving contract disputes, construction defects, bond claims, lien claims, and delays.
Frank is admitted to practice in Texas, including the Eastern, Northern, Southern, and Western District Courts. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law.
